We are a small and focused team with a strong commitment to investing, company analysis and our clients. You will work closely with the portfolio management team, be involved in decisions and help shape how we develop our offering over time.

Close to the process: You are closely involved in the investment process and gain insight into everything from company analysis to portfolio decisions.
Long-term focus: We think long term, both in our investments and in how we build our team and culture.
Responsibility and development: You will be trusted with responsibility early and given room to grow as the firm evolves.
