About us

Who we are

Amos Fonder was founded on a simple idea: to be a long-term, transparent and focused owner that creates value through patience and discipline.

Amos Fonder office

Why Amos

What makes us different

A portfolio of carefully selected quality companies, acquired with a margin of safety, managed with full transparency towards unitholders. That is what we offer.

Clear process
We follow our process slavishly. We will make mistakes, but not because we deviate from the strategy.
Quality, not hope
We chase quality companies with strong cash flows and proven profitability, acquired with a margin of safety.
Easy to understand
A fund for investors who want to understand why the portfolio looks the way it does, even when markets are turbulent.

Our values

What drives us

We believe the best investments are made with patience, not timing. We buy quality companies when the price is right and hold them for as long as the investment thesis holds. That requires discipline to resist the market's short-term swings, but that is exactly what we are built for.

01

Patience

We do not chase short-term trends. We buy when the price offers a margin of safety, and sell when it no longer does.

02

Honesty

We say when things go well and when they go less well. No sugarcoating.

03

Simplicity

We make it easy to understand what we do, why we do it and what it costs.

Amos Fonder

Our mission

Built for long-term thinking

Amos Fonder is a Swedish fund company managing equity funds focused on quality companies acquired with a margin of safety. We started the company because we believe that clarity, patience and discipline deliver better returns over time.

Transparency
We are open about how we think, what we own and why we make changes.
Long-term owners
We have the trust of Atle, a wholly owned subsidiary of the investment company Bure Equity, which shares our view on quality and patience.
Focused
We manage one fund and do it properly. No product gimmicks, no shortcuts.
